Definition of Service
Phoneware Limited trading as ‘Inakalum’ (Inakalum) owns and operates the website www.inakalum.com and its related sites, applications, (including mobile sites and smartphone applications), services and technology that are made available by Inakalum, together with any content, tools, forums, information sharing, and transactions available therein (collectively, the “Service”). ‘Inakalum’ is a registered trade mark of Phoneware Limited.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Inakalum and its licensors.
Users may not:
● Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on Inakalum or any portion of it.
● Copy, store, edit, change, or prepare any derivative work from, or alter in any way any of the content provided through Inakalum.
● Circumvent any technology used by Inakalum or its licensors to protect content accessible via Inakalum.
● Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated devices process or means to access, retrieve or scrape, or index any portion of Inakalum or its content.
● Rent, lease or sublicense Inakalum.
The Service may be linked to other websites that are not maintained by the Inakalum. Inakalum is not responsible for the content of those websites. The inclusion of any link to such websites does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Inakalum unless explicitly stated. When entering these sites you will be subject to the terms and conditions of those sites. Inakalum will not be liable in any way for the content, availability or use of such links to websites and you use such links entirely at your own risk.

User agrees that Inakalum is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, illegal or other content or conduct of any third party or any infringement of another’s rights, including intellectual property rights. User agrees, in connection with any use of the Service: (a) to release Inakalum (and its licensors) from any and all claims, demands, damages and liabilities, of any type and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with use of the Service by such User (including any disputes with other Users using the Service); and (b) to attempt to settle any disputes directly with such other User or other third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to another organisation but this will not affect your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service. Please note that these Terms of Service and its subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. By using the Service you agree that the Courts of Ireland will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between Irish and foreign laws, rules and regulations, Irish laws, rules and regulations shall govern.
