Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of the inakalum.com website. By accessing the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.

These Terms apply only to use of this website. Any NetworkUX engagement, Coverage Checker deployment, partner programme arrangement or other commercial relationship is subject to a separate written contract between Inakalum and the customer or partner. In the event of conflict, that separate contract takes precedence over these website Terms.

1. Who runs this site

This site is operated by Inakalum UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Inakalum UK Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Phoneware Limited, an Irish-registered company that owns the underlying Inakalum™ intellectual property.

  • Registered office: 78 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ES, United Kingdom
  • Contact: info@inakalum.com

In these Terms, “Inakalum”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Inakalum UK Limited. “You” means anyone accessing the site.

2. Acceptance and changes

By using inakalum.com you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Notice that sits alongside them. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of the page indicates when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Permitted use of the site

You may view, browse and print pages for your own personal or business information purposes, and share links to the site freely. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site, including by introducing malware, performing denial-of-service activity, scraping at abusive rates, or bypassing access controls.
  • Re-host, republish, sell, sub-licence or otherwise commercially exploit substantial portions of the content without our prior written permission — see §5 below.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organisation when using the contact form or otherwise contacting us.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the “Inakalum” brand and logo, the “NetworkUX” product name, page copy, case-study text, photography, maps, charts, illustrations and source code — is owned by or licensed to Phoneware Limited (the Irish parent company) and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. Inakalum UK Limited operates this site under licence from Phoneware Limited.

Inakalum™ is a registered trademark of Phoneware Limited. NetworkUX is an unregistered trademark of Phoneware Limited. Third-party trademarks (for example, operator and partner names) appear on this site for identification and editorial purposes only; they remain the property of their respective owners and no endorsement is implied unless explicitly stated.

Nothing on the site grants you any licence to our intellectual property except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5. Quoting and citing our content

Journalists, academics, council officers and other professionals may quote short extracts of case-study content for non-commercial editorial, policy-analysis or research purposes, provided that:

  • The quote is reproduced accurately and not taken out of context.
  • The source is attributed (“Inakalum” or “NetworkUX”) and the relevant case-study page is linked or cited.
  • You do not reproduce maps, charts or photographs without prior written permission.

For any other use of our content — including reproduction of figures, screenshots, methodology descriptions or any republication likely to be read as our official position — please contact us at info@inakalum.com for permission first.

6. Site content is for information only

The information on inakalum.com is intended to give a general account of our services and our published case-study work. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, this site:

  • Is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Any planning, investment or procurement decision should be made on the basis of a written engagement and the specific data delivered under it.
  • Does not constitute an offer to contract. Pricing, scope and deliverables are confirmed only through a signed proposal or contract.
  • Reports survey findings that were specific to the time, place and configuration of the engagement described. Past performance of any mobile network in any case study does not predict future performance at any location.

7. Case studies and customer references

Case studies on this site describe genuine engagements undertaken by Inakalum. Customer names, quotes and statistics are reproduced with the customer’s knowledge or from publicly-released materials. If you are a customer and wish a case study to be updated or withdrawn, please contact us at info@inakalum.com and we will work with you in good faith to reflect any changes.

Comparative statements about other coverage-data providers (for example, Streetwave, Ofcom Map Your Mobile or operator-published coverage checkers) are based on those providers’ own published methodology pages as captured in our internal evidence index. We do not assert that any specific competitor offering is poor in absolute terms — only that NetworkUX differs on the resolution, methodology and presentation dimensions described.

8. Third-party links and embedded content

The site links to, and in places embeds, third-party content (for example Vimeo videos, the public Coverage Checker tools at coveragecheckermap.com, social profiles on LinkedIn and YouTube). We have no control over the content, policies or availability of third-party services. Linking to a third-party resource does not constitute endorsement of that party or its content, and we are not responsible for anything that happens after you leave inakalum.com.

9. Availability and changes to the site

We try to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, free from errors, or compatible with every device or browser. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change any part of the site (including individual case studies) without notice. We will not be liable to you for any unavailability or change to the site.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all implied warranties, conditions and terms relating to the site and its content.
  • We are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site.
  • If you use the site as a consumer (rather than for business purposes), these limitations do not affect any statutory rights you have that cannot be waived.

11. Your responsibility for misuse

If you breach these Terms and that breach causes us loss or exposes us to a third-party claim, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable losses, costs and expenses (including legal costs) we suffer as a result — to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them, the site or its use, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except that where you access the site as a consumer in another jurisdiction, you may also have recourse to your local courts under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder, which will continue to apply. A failure or delay by us to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@inakalum.com or by post to:

See also our Privacy Notice for information about how we handle personal data in connection with this site and our wider business activities.
